[8.172][BUG][UNREPRODUCIBLE] Naviscanner not connecting

Hi,
son is complaining he can't connect to a game. Game error shows failing to connect.

It sounds like your previous issue https://community.sophos.com/products/unified-threat-management/astaroorg/f/110/t/70935. Do you get that error with the specific game(URL) only?

Hi Wingman,
the deeper the investigation the more interesting it gets. That error message occurs between other strings in the file.
One son can play the game without a problem the other receives an error message. Both are running w7 64 Ultimate PCs
I have added a number of allowed urls, doesn't seem to make much difference. I am waiting on a list of sites the game goes to.
About 50% of the log is made up of the messages above.

The current ASG is a new build with a new Intel NIC using a 8.172 ISO.

Not sure if it's going to work but I propose the following:

Ask you children to try to connect again to the game and do a tcdump for each PC on the ASG to see whether there is something that is forcing the proxy to behave like this.

Today, nothing. Something happened, either the midnight rollover or a PC restart.
