I was going to see what the firefox consoles showed, but the ToU popup came up this morning. Nothing had changed on any of my pc's so not sure why it is now working. It works with all browsers now. The ASG has been up without reboot.
Really wish I could figure out what was causing the issue. I hate when things just start working with no root cause.
Since others have reported the issue, are there specific logs I could provide to find what may have changed over the last two days?
