I spun up a fresh Windows 7 install on a VM to test this on and I still get the same issue. I also installed 8.173 and that did not resolve the issue either. This is really interesting to me since I can reproduce but not solve. I am at a lose of what it could be now since a fresh installed OS with IE8 and no plugins still gives me the same results.
