I have also experienced this same behavior. I have been running this beta version for about a week after restoring setting from the latest production version. The only change at install time I made was to enable the application filtering.
I did not have any issues until I enabled the "Terms of Use" in the Advanced settings about a week plus of running error free. After logging out and trying to log back into the Webmin console, the webmin page just stays at the logon screen. The data traffic is still processing as it should, I just can not log into the Webmin Console or the screen console.
Since I had restored my config from the previous production version I have my home use license from the last beta being used on this beta. Not sure if it has anything to do with the situation, but thought I should state that just in case.
