[8.171][NOTABUG][CLOSED] email report and configuration

Please provide the output of '[FONT="Courier New"]cc get executive_report daily[/FONT]' and '[FONT="Courier New"]cc get backup[/FONT]'. Make sure that the email addresses aren't aliases of each other and that the receiving mail server(s) aren't merging them to one single mail.

Oh, and while we're here, can you do a

grep "snapshot downloaded" /var/log/confd-debug.log

 please?

edit[:D]ue to some other problem https://community.sophos.com/products/unified-threat-management/astaroorg/f/110/t/70976 i have to reset my system many time if i shutdown or restart my asg  from last 2 days i did not restart or shutdown my system i am getting back email on both accounts but time of backup and daily report are wrong

Now head over to the smtp.log file, find the lines that are in the same time-range (see above), and you will find log entries that show that those mails got correctly sent to your google mail accounts.

I see a similar behavior here with our company mail server, who eliminates incoming duplicate emails too, so it's not a problem of the ASG, it's a problem of your mail server (google in your case).

Still i think there is problem with email report becase i got daily backup at 1:15 at my backup ,i send a mail to my google account from another mail account it in flash it come to google and i did wrong login to ssh and in a flash google got email saying there was wrong ssh login 

i shutdown the asg at 2:00 am and start again at around 8 am i got both mail at 8:40 (daily report and configu backup )

Did you take a look at the smtp.log, as i suggested?

queied time are correct in smtp log
