[8.161][QUESTION][ANSWERED] Join Code

Is it possible to recover the join code for Log Management? I was having issues with Log Management not showing any devices so I disabled and tried to re-enable it as a new subscritpion, but the log shows a bunch of errors:

I have the subscription code, and the account is still active because I can log in, but I can't enable it in ASG without join code.

showing the join code in the Log Management dashboard somewhere, and the fixing the potential error behind that log message you posted, are both issues we'd like to take care of.

Please provide us with your Log Management subscription ID, so we can look into the configuration issue.

our logs show that there were in fact some issues with this subscription. Eventually, our system managed to recover and everything should be working again. Sorry about the inconvenience.

Thanks, I recieved the join code, but when I try to enable it, I am getting the following error in config log

Please excuse the late answer. We believe to have fixed the out-of-range error in our back-end a couple of days ago, and expect this issue to be resolved. Please let us know if the error persists.
