Using 8.161 here. First report exported fine. Error above on any further attempts. Tried with Google Chrome, IE9 RTM, and FF. Logging out of WebAdmin, then back in doesn't resolve. I'll try a reboot later and update.

There's something really really broken in the webadmin. Reboot will usually not help, in this case, but you can try a shift-reload or restart of your browser.

You got that right. I can generate a pdf no problem the first time like Scott. I can't generate an xls file. Nothing happens. I only get the error shown in the original post if I try to send email without any recepient.[;)]
I can see from the error message, that (after the first click) some internal representation of a reporting data-structure (which should be "raw" data) is overwritten by it's JavaScript representation. From that moment on, you cannot use the the reporting any more, and it doesn't matter where you click. That data is now in a state that the webadmin cannot make use of any more.
