which log /how to diagnose ?
browser says "Authentication Failed"
edit:help button on client do noting

This is correct. It logs only, when the AAC tries to establish a connection to the asg or the connection is terminated (e.g. exit AAC)

Windows has detected you do not have a keyboard. Press 'F9" to continue.
