how does that is concern as the client is disable or inactive in that case it will give error auth fail why it should give error with ssl how and when ssl come into picture

A greyed Astaro shield means, that no connection can be established or that the user authentification failed. You can check this in endpoint.log and aua.log. [;)]
Is your Windows client directly connected with your asg and dId you download the aac from this asg?

i had the same, after the Weekend the button was gray, after i restarted the firewall it went back to orange ... 

I have NO entrys in both, endpoint.log and aua.log. I will report back as soon as it wents back to gray .. maybe we can identify the problem.

Did you use the Flow Monitor? There is a bug that can cause this error.
This is already fixed for the next version.

what should the "flow monitor" be? i use the german translation [:)]

there is new problem when i tryed to gunzip yesteday's log out put was 0 in size 
"bug ??" but i am able to unzip aua in aua which section of log u want there is httpoverride ,local ,cached ,


so i am point towards another bug 
1) endpoint gunzip output is "zero"
2)there is no log section for endpoint /archive and search 
3)endpoint doesnt log to aua ? 

i am trying to reinstall client and same issuse will do some study /rnd and come back to u

endpoint output zero is no bug, the file is only empty, not more!

In german it is the flow monitor too. [;)]
Click on the dashboard on an interface and a new window should pop up.
