Have a look, on the left side everything is in english, on the right in german, the Webadmin is switched to german ... Even if i log out and in again it's in english/german mixed ...
this should be the reason: After switching the language a process with the old language doesn't stop correct. This process is used from the browser and is responsible for the language in some parts of the webadmin. So you can get the mixed language by this behaviour. But this is rare.
When you close the browser and wait a little time the language of the webadmin should be displayed correct, because a new process is used from the browser with the right language.
