So the "Good Question Next Question"-Question is: what is the output of the command "[FONT="Courier New"][SIZE="4"]cc get webadmin language[/SIZE][/FONT]", if you type this on the console?

this should be the reason:
After switching the language a process with the old language doesn't stop correct. This process is used from the browser and is responsible for the language in some parts of the webadmin. So you can get the mixed language by this behaviour. But this is rare.

When you close the browser and wait a little time the language of the webadmin should be displayed correct, because a new process is used from the browser with the right language.
