...there is no folder and plus symbol to add upstream proxies? Or will this be done somewhere else ?

Sascha, I guess I don't understand what benefit we could get from an additional parent proxy.

It's one of the new features, that you can use different upstream proxies dependent on destination. Iften requested by some customers. I know it was implemented, but I can not find, how to configure. You'll find the entry under http / advanced
