Can you explain in a little more detail what exactly do you mean and/or how it should work?

Do you want to bypass all IPv6 HTTP traffic?

Either don't allow the IPv6 addresses in HTTP/S allowed networks or drag
the "Any IPv6" network object into the Advanced >> Skip transparent box.

Yes, thanks for showing me the light[;)] Its all so simple now that I look at ipv6 as completely seperate from ipv4 when bypass lists are processed.

Ok, I spoke too soon. I tried the above solution by creating a seperate ipv6 definition for my pc. Then I added it to the proxy bypass list. That way I can just skip ipv6 for my pc while the rest of my network is covered by the proxy but it doesn't work unless I put an exception for ipv4 also[:S]

Also tried the any ipv6 address object but it doesn't work that way for some reason.

User error[:$] The ipv6 bypass does indeed work with the workaround that you posted. This however bypasses every ipv6 device (as it should). I was hoping for a more granular approach like defining just my ipv6 IP and bypassing just my PC while the rest of my LAN is not affected. Mailed my ip6tables output with just my PC in the bypass list.

any news to this issue?

The ip6tables output you mailed me showed an different IPv6 address
for your host than your IPv6 Network. Probably an issue of Freenet6,
providing you with the wrong Subnet.

Sorry, was busy at work so didn't get to this earlier. I have to tell you Ulrich, you are a genius. Your brain must be able to decode the matrix. The hint was

As is the case with most of the problems, it was a user error. I had been using freenet6 and had defined my PC accordingly and then I changed to sixxs and never changed the ipv6 definition of my PC to reflect the new subnet that was assigned by sixxs.

So yes, everything works just like you explained. I was not paying enough attention and my apologies for that.
