[7.920][DUPLICATE][CLOSED] failed to get scanner instance

Firmware version:  7.920 
Pattern version:  12567 

After upgrade to 7.920 all client get the following error:
Failed to get scanner instance 
 
I disabled http/s antivirus malware scanning to get internet access again.

    Many others have had the same problem; the only fix so far (that I've found) is to make a backup of the configuration, then reinstall from the 7.920 ISO, then restore the backup; something in the up2date from 7.912 to 7.920 breaks the AV scanner (and IPS in some cases)...
