[7.911][NOTABUG][CLOSED] SSL Site-to-Site Speed Problem

Hi,

i have a strange Problem. I have a StS Tunnel with an Server.
When i transfer Data over the Tunnel, i get only a speed of about 1.7MBit/s
without Tunnel i get about 4.7MBit ... Same way, nearly same time for the connection.

What is going wrong? CPU Load is about 4% Any ideas?
