[7.480][QUESTION][ANSWERED] Issue Installing 7.490 Update Package

I am having trouble getting 7.490 to install.  
The update package downloaded successfully and shows up in the list of available updates.  
However, when I click on either the "Install" or "Update to Latest Version Now" buttons, it doesn't update.  I even tried the scheduling feature and this too failed to install/apply the update package.  

The CPU usage will occasionally go up to 50-80% for a few minutes after clicking install, but then it goes back down to normal and the update never appears to start/finish.

It also does not show the "Follow Update Progress" link which typically appears after you start the update process.

I have also downloaded the 480-490 update package and manually uploaded it to the firewall through WebAdmin and still am experiencing the same issues.  

The firewall remains on v7.480.  I've tried the update in both Firefox v3.5.3 and IE8.

System is a Celeron M430 w/ 945GM chipset with 3x Intel Gigabit Nics, 1GB ram, 160GB SATA HDD.

Everything else appears to be working fine on the system, I just can't get the update to install.

    very weird, its like there is a stuck/bad asg manual/help file rpm there.
    Can you please:
    1) clear out all of /var/up2date/sys
    2) from /var/up2date/sys do  "wget ftp.astaro.de/.../u2d-sys-7.480-490.tgz.gpg"   Let that download
    3) type auisys.plx once it completes, and see if the error repeats.

    That path of /var/up2date/man-sw is interesting...your SURE this is a 7.480 box? [:)] (cat /asg/version)

    1) Done (I rm'd the file).  FWIW, there were no other files in the var/up2date/sys directory.
    2) Done (it downloaded successfully)
    3) This 3rd step wasn't needed (ASG automatically started installing the update and it completed successfully; issue resolved). 

    Haha, YES, I'm positive it's v7.480!  That's the ISO I downloaded and that's the version WebAdmin states.  If it's not, WebAdmin must be really smart as it's got all these new features that v7.405 didn't have!

    BTW, I re-downloaded and installed this ISO yesterday just to make sure (asg-7.480-090811-2.iso)

    There is another one called (ssi-7.480-090811-2.iso), but that's for virtual machine installs correct?
