My test box is a straight install of XP... and then I installed DeepFreeze. I use this box for the start of all my beta testing. Some things require a reboot, which means I start beta testing those programs in a VM. Later they all move to a VM with many other programs installed. Since Astaro does not install anything to XP, I chose not to build a VM just to interface with it. I guess I should have!
