[7.460][BUG][NOTABUG] Link aggregation with one interface

Hi Friends !

link aggregation suppose to be use two or more interface ?

but if u have spare card and just click on card and say enable it get enable 

from on-line help " You need at least two free network interface cards for one link aggregation group,"

if u run ifconfig u will see lag0 device

    Hi Friends !

    "while creating vlan (check with vlan should be apply to overall configuration  ?) can we restrict/allow only upper or lowercase or it should be auto convert to lower or uppercase " as i am able to create name test in small as well as TEST  in big case if we use very large database where it may get confuse while reporting

    Hi,

    this is no bug. OK you can enable it with only one interface because theoretically it's possible to use LA only on one line. But the real link aggregation makes only sense if you use two interfaces. So you can choose between double of bandwith or failover. But this are all settings who will be done on the switch
