If you send an email to another person in your domain, it is bounced by your mail server and never transits the Astaro. Is that what you mean?

Nope...I mean you are connected to a mailserver on the Lan.
From there, send a mail to somebody at the internet, and get the address wrong....
When the internal mail server drops it to the Astaro box for delevery, the ASG will try this....like....send a mail to JohnDo@myComp.com but should have been JohnDoe@myComp.com....It detects, that the mail can't be delivered, due to the fact that the recipent isn't found at the server handling myComp.com, so it is in the mailmanagers log marked as bounce....
Then the ASG is supposed to send this info imidiatly to the origen sender, but there's a delay for about 4 hours before it tries to do so ?
I can confirm that I am having the same issue with bounced mail. ASG Mail Manager shows the email bounced, but the bounced message does not hit my inbox for 4+ hours.

Question:
1. Are you saying that the misspelled email never comes back?.... If that is the case, the remote server has the responsibility of sending that email back if the address is not found.
2. Email comes back but you never get the ndr? I tried to test that by sending email to betatestingemailaddy @ hotmail.com (obviously a fake address) and it comes right back as ndr.
