I left my laptop open last night, so the session on my test ASG220V1 expired. This morning, when I tried to login again, I was informed that the license had expired, so I gen'd a new 30-day eval license.
On the first attempt to upload, after browsing to the file then hitting [Save], nothing happened.
So, I closed that browser tab, opened a new one, entered my username and password and was presented with the 'Your license has expired' page. The [Upload license] button did not appear completely; I pressed it in error, and was presented with a blank page and the word "Undefined" in the upper-left-hand corner of the frame. I had no further options other than closing the browser tab.
I opened a new tab again, logged in and got the expired license page again. This time, I pressed the file folder, browsed to the license file and pressed [Save]. So far, so good. The only anomaly was the still-missing portion of the [Upload license] button. Pressing the button gave me the same "undefined" message as above, and also a small window with "The uploaded license is invalid." When I pressed [OK], I was left with a blank page except for the "Undefined" message that had appeared simultaneously with the "invalid" message.
I gen'd another license, this time being careful to create one for the ASG220 instead of for 50-user software. [;)] I'm now back working with the unit for another 30 days.
