[7.450][BUG][FIXED] Flow Monitor Window fails to open

same here with WinXP SP3 and IE 7.0.5730.13

The flow control window should appear as a popup.  Check that popups are not being blocked and the webadmin is set as a trusted URL.

Turned off the Google bar pop-up blocker; confirmed that URL of of WebAdmin was already in Trusted Sites.

No change.  Window still fails to open.

Was really looking forward to testing this. But like bob mentioned, its a no go with firewall as 

trusted site

Builtin popups disabled on IE8 (no other pop up blocking software installed)

Also I do get a javascript error not sure if related but noticed it.

tried Firefox and now it pops. The problem must reside in IE

No popup in IE8 v 8.0.7100.0 aka Windows 7
