[7.450][BUG][FIXED] Flow Monitor Window fails to open

After having configured per Cath's instructions, the bars were clickable, but no window opens when any one is clicked.

This was on a test machine, and the only traffic at the time was through WebAdmin on the External interface.

The flow control window should appear as a popup. Check that popups are not being blocked and the webadmin is set as a trusted URL.

Turned off the Google bar pop-up blocker; confirmed that URL of of WebAdmin was already in Trusted Sites.

No change. Window still fails to open.
