don't really if this is normal, but If I enable "Firewall is Traceroute visible" into Advanced tab for Packet Filtering, then trying to do a traceroute www.google.fr using the support > tools > traceroute webadmin interface results into one line only:
traceroute to www.google.fr (74.125.39.104), 30 hops max, 40 byte packets
whereas if I disable Firewall is Traceroute visible I've the full list of hops...
I've tested same thing with your demo server which is 7.201 and all is working fine..
