[v7.250] CPU, memory usage not updating

On my side this is updating since install for yesterday...

but nothing updated on the network usage side [:(]

0 for all outgoing/incoming traffic, average/current/maximum whereas I did downloaded some iso since yesterday... and using that asg as my home gateway, and working all day long... so there is necessary traffics...

HTTP proxy is disabled, accounting disabled also (but was working in 7.201 without accounting)...

funny, I have just built a v7,250 version on a vmware box with only 1 NIC and the memory stats etc have updated, but my main ASG still doesn't have any cpu, memory stats.
The new box is proof of concept. The whole thing will be re-built when some new software arrives and I install all the NICs.

For me everything is working fine. The stats are updated correctly - network and the memory / cpu / swap stats.

I'll use custom Hardware, not the appliance ...

Network usage won't work without accounting being enabled. If there was still usage displayed in 7.201 although accounting was disabled, then there  is a bug in 7.201 ...

Hi,
they update on the Dashboard, but nothing in the detailed reports.

My machine has been on line for over an hour, there are tables/graphs on all other pages bar the Hardware page/tab.

I forgot to add that I have logged off and on a number times.

CPU and memory usage - you refer to the graphs in Reporting->Hardware?
If yes, please check the contents of /var/log/reporting/images, /var/log/reporting/rrd, run /usr/local/bin/create_rrd_graphs.plx and check again afterwards.

just a quick answer at this stage as I have to go to work, the daily report is missing a number of graphs even with accounting turned on.

I checked the directories and there were files in both, one definitely looked like it should of had cpu data. I forgot to look at the file sizes.
I have run the script.

I have checked there is data written into rrd directory, but some of it was only written at 2315 my time which is when I ran the script.

the images directory doesn't appear to have any images for cpu or memory in it even after the script was run. It has
1/. ips__
2/. itfusage__
3/. mailsec__
4/. pfilter__
5/. websec__
the underscore indicates a number of characters after each entry.

I get same problems (nothing graphed) for network usage [:(]

I've checked /var/log/reporting/images there were images for both my eth1 and eth2 interfaces and there were also datas into /var/log/reporting/rrd then I ran the create_rrd_graphs.plx  then no more images until I went to network usage again but still no graphs generated for network usage...

I can provide access to that box if needed...

This is really strange, didn't ever see that on one of our test boxes. Please send the login credentials (SSH and webadmin, please) to agrosse at astaro dot com, I'll check that personally first thing in the morning. I am curious ...
