[7.080] creating new site2site VPN, name is omitted [NOTABUG]

Not a bug in my opinion.. that is the internal database reference, so if you don't give it a name or description, it will use the REF.

This behaviour is unchanged and already existed in V7. 

The REF_foobar is the confd reference given to the newly created object. This happens everywhere you forget or deliberately omit an object name, e.g. in Definitions >> Network as well.
