Up2date to 6.834

Hi all,
in Dashboard section "Version Information" is shown the info "1 Updates available for download" but under 
Management -> up2date -> overview is shown the Info "Current Version 6.819 no new Firmware available".
So wich button can i push to see the right and install the Up2date ???

    Hi firebear,

    i think the dashboard already shows this information before the download of the update-package is completed. Wait a few minutes or check your internet-interface to see whether the download is still ongoing or not.

    my ASGv7 6.819 is not able to download the 6.834 version.

    What can I do?

    Looks like a networking problem. Make sure you can reach the up2date servers at least via the ports 80 and 443.

    there aren't networking problems.
    I can ping v7up2date1.astaro.com and v7up2date3.astaro.com from firewall (not v7up2date2.astaro.com).
    I checked also the firewall rules and I found this in the AUTO_OUTPUT chain:

        0     0 CONFIRMED  tcp  --  *      *       0.0.0.0/0            0.0.0.0/0           tcp spts:1:65535 dpt:80 OWNER CMD match audld.plx CONFIRMED
       88  4928 CONFIRMED  tcp  --  *      *       0.0.0.0/0            0.0.0.0/0           tcp spts:1:65535 dpt:443 OWNER CMD match audld.plx CONFIRMED

    In my opinion there is an authentication problem, as you can see in the log:

    Hi mdallagi,

    in your log i see :

    2006:11:17-09:52:26 (none) audld[6333]: Could not connect to Authentication Server 10.0.2.12:443 (code=500).

    10.0.2.12 is an private ip not reachable over the internet. There was a thread where astaros described how to fix it.
