Up2date to 6.834

i think the dashboard already shows this information before the download of the update-package is completed. Wait a few minutes or check your internet-interface to see whether the download is still ongoing or not.

my ASGv7 6.819 is not able to download the 6.834 version.

What can I do?

Looks like a networking problem. Make sure you can reach the up2date servers at least via the ports 80 and 443.

there aren't networking problems.
I can ping v7up2date1.astaro.com and v7up2date3.astaro.com from firewall (not v7up2date2.astaro.com).
I checked also the firewall rules and I found this in the AUTO_OUTPUT chain:

In my opinion there is an authentication problem, as you can see in the log:

in your log i see :

2006:11:17-09:52:26 (none) audld[6333]: Could not connect to Authentication Server 10.0.2.12:443 (code=500).

10.0.2.12 is an private ip not reachable over the internet. There was a thread where astaros described how to fix it.

I just followed the thread to solve this issue when I upgraded 6.808 to 6.819,

With those suggestions I was able to upgrade to 6.819.
Now, I'm not able to upgrade to 6.834 and I think that the problem isn't the wrong 10.0.2.12:443.

no, i meant the thread you listed maybe to use it twice. I am sure an internal authserver of astaro with an address of 10.x.x.x is unreachable for anyone over the internet. So this failure is to be corrected bevor looking forward to other failures wich maybe there in addition.

p.s. the point for wich i wrote this threat in the beginning was finished after about 2 hours, than there was the up2date for installing.
