[2.050][SCHEDULED] Memory round to 0 into Inventory Details

Hi

In Gateway Manager, Inventory Details for a given device which is 1G RAM... It shows 0 B as shown onto the attached screenshot...

Probably wrong rounded number ?

    Hi,

    could you provide us with some more information from the machine in question?

    Please login to the device and issue the following command:
    /var/mdw/scripts/nextgen-agent dump
    Then please post the device.inventory section of the file /etc/agent/cache.dump so we can have a look at it.

    Hi,

    this seems to be an issue with XEN not returning any information via lshw for the  memory installed. We will implement a fallback routine which will draw upon /proc/meminfo or do something else like guessing the probable amount of memory ...

    As this issue pertains to the device-agent, a fix will not become available before 7.502.
