[2.050][SCHEDULED] Missing Serial Number in Device Inventory Details

Hi,

this is actually not a bug as the serial number only applies to hardware appliances like the ASG 220. For software and virtual appliances the field is meaningless.

For cosmetic reasons and to improve clarity we could change the reading to n/a if the device is not a hardware appliance though.

Will ponder this and come back to you.
