[Sophos Connect] Policy Umbenennen so gut wie nicht möglich

Kann ich so nicht reproduzieren. 

Wann kommt das?

eigentlich immer beim ersten Versuch.
Ich / wir haben das schon auf allen Win10 Clients von uns gesehen.
Manchmal wenn man Glück hat, klappt es direkt beim zweiten Versuch aber wie vor 2h beim Kollegen haben wir zählen aufgehört.
irgendwann ging es halt. Bei mal gerade 4 Policy's waren wir hier 45min unterwegs, leider kein Witz.    

Was genau geht dann nicht?

Also ich kann auf allen meinen Client einfach das Zahnrad anklicken, dann umbenennen anklicken und die Policy umbenennen. 

Tja wenn's so einfach wäre..
Manch blink der Cursor oder nicht, selbst wenn er blinkt gehen die Pfeiltaste <-> nicht oder Löschtaste, ganz so als wäre der Editiermodus nicht aktiv. 

Ich könnte ja einmal eine TeamViewer Session anbieten ...

wir haben hier an die 80 Clients mit unterschiedlichsten OS Versionen Windows 10 + 11 und bei "allen" ist dieses Problem vorhanden. Was können wir hier tun das die Mitarbeiter hier nicht verzweifeln ?

Wie ist die aktuelle Support Case ID? Wie gesagt, ich kann es nicht reproduzieren und auch nicht nachstellen. 

gibts noch keine.
Ich werde ein Ticket dazu aufmachen.

Ich kannte dieses Problem bisher nicht, hatte aber heute einen Nutzer, bei dem es in 30 Minuten nicht zu schaffen war, eine Policy umzubenennen.

I appreciate your time and patience during our call. As per your request,

• Issue with renaming the connection in the Sophos Connect Client Application
• Sometimes takes 4 hours to rename
• Sometimes importing the policy again works
• On the latest connect client version 2.2.75
• Impacting both Windows 10 and 11 machines
• 2.0 and 2.1 same behavior
• We created a new VM with no services and downloaded the client from the following site:
  • https://www.sophos.com/en-us/support/downloads/utm-downloads
• We tested renaming but still failed
• I checked on my end and confirmed that you cannot rename the connection name by clicking it with the mouse 
• The way to rename the connection is to CTRL+A and then delete/backspace then name to enter a new name
  • We tested this multiple times and were successful
