MAqurading not working properly while using SSL VPN

1. Yes, I have Kept "Default gateway " setting on:

This did not solved my problem. After doing tracert, i found that VPN Connection is going through a different ISP3 and not ISP5 as i wanted. How can i lock VPN Connection to ISP5 only ? Here you can see in red arrow that 2nd hop in tracert is of ISP 3 whereas first hop is correctly Sophos VPN IP.

After updating the Public IP of the ISP5 did you re-download the config file for that user and installed it again ?
If not please do and then try connecting it again. 

Yes, I redownloaded config file.
Also, After connecting through my home machine via Sophos VPN connect client, I checked the VPN firewall rule and it is showing data being downloaded so that firewall rule of VPN is working. Only problem is connections are not going through right ISP. I have "Masquerading" set in the connected NAT rule FYI.

It looks like an issue from your client machine rather than from the SSL VPN config on XG
