Skype randomly does not send messages

Hi, I am working on release 17.0.3. A lot of users complain slow performance on sending messages via Skype. Often the messages is stuck on send. No complain from users that are not using XG firewall but another connection.

I addes, as discussed in other post, a lot of exceptions without success.

Could someone support me?

When you observe the Skype traffic via the log viewer or packet capture tool, what firewall rule ID are they matching to? It may be your main LAN-to-WAN firewall rule. What security features did you have enabled for this rule?

Web Malware & Content Scanning --> Scan Http

Intrusion Prevention --> Lan to Wan general

Web Policy --> Default Policy

Application Control --> Block P2P networking apps

For troubleshooting purposes, could you please attempt individually configuring each setting to none, then testing to determine which feature is causing this issue.
Try setting the Application Control to none first, testing to observe if you experience this delay. If you continue to experience the issue, re-enable the Application Control, and try disabling Intrusion Prevention. If you continue to experience these issues after performing these tests, please PM me so that we can further investigate your appliance.
