Cannot ping Sophos router through IPSec tunnel, why?

Hello,

I have two sites connected through IPSec, the local site to the Sophos-XG can ping the WAN address of Sophos-XG, but the other site cannot ping it, why? The LAN & WAN zones permit ping. In the log viewer of Sophos-XG everything is in green, permitting all traffic through.

The VPN zone is greyed out, so not editable!

Does your user have full administrative privileges? On which version are you?
