SSL VPN Auth Failed

Question

Trying to use the SSL VPN but during testing a user always gets auth failed. Some times it might work after 10 or so attempts but wierd thing is I never see anything in the Auth Log on the XG. User can log into the UserPortal just fine everytime.

Perfect, I was having some issues with my SSL setup, and that mechanism did not work for me at all. Actually have a support ticket in on the issue.

 Is it only this one specific user that is having issues? For testing purposes, could you create a local account on the XG and re-download the entire configuration and client and let me know if you still run into issues?

Just in case anyone finds this via search: my issue was resolved after the update to SFOS 17 and a reboot.
