What are the log messages that you are able to observe from the SSL VPN client?

Did you add Mac Binding to the user with an address?

In the client log you see this message

AUTH: Received control message AUTH_FAILED

I can't find any trace of this on the XG side of things tho. 

No I have not

Perfect, I was having some issues with my SSL setup, and that mechanism did not work for me at all. Actually have a support ticket in on the issue.

Is it only this one specific user that is having issues? For testing purposes, could you create a local account on the XG and re-download the entire configuration and client and let me know if you still run into issues?

I only had one user testing it but I tried myself from another computer and i get the same issue.

I did create a new local user and it fails also and no mention of the login attempt in the xg log

Just in case anyone finds this via search: my issue was resolved after the update to SFOS 17 and a reboot.
