I need to block youtube or facebook . I followed all the steps as given by Sophos engeneer, still not work, can your please help

 pay attention on both firewall rules. They both have the "match know users" option checked. If your users are not authenticated in some way, the firewall rule will never apply.

 if you do not use decrypt and scan, some pages will load. In v17 there is an improvement on Web filtering and you should check if on v17 decrypt and scan is still required.
