I need to block youtub

pay attention on both firewall rules. They both have the "match know users" option checked. If your users are not authenticated in some way, the firewall rule will never apply.

Under Protect go to web and inside Policy add the youtube and facebook or add the category (youtube --> Video hosting , Facebook --> Social Media ) and the action it's block

Thanks Lferrara for your direct reaction I have Corected it , now the issues I m facing is , a sopphos engineer is telling me for the rule to work I have to install

Sophos Firewall: SSL CA Certificate on each users machine . is there anyway I can do it without that  Sophos CA

if you do not use decrypt and scan, some pages will load. In v17 there is an improvement on Web filtering and you should check if on v17 decrypt and scan is still required.

Is there any way to block youtube from XG Firewall without using this steps

if yes can you please lead me .cause it so umprofessional to install rh Sophos CA on each 

machine so it can block youtube.

which is the rule used to block youtube? Why you are allowing any service? Only http and https should be allowed. Also, can you share the Web filter profile?

the microapp-discovery is in admin console, it does not appear in application policy ,

how to put it on?
