Android devices unable tp update any app

can you access the internet normally with our mobile devices ? Maybe post a screenshot of your firewall rules.

Do you have application filter set on the matching firewall rule ?

Try to create a deny rule at the bottom of the firewall rules and set logging on. Now you will see which applications are blocking the access.

Do you see any block in the Log Viewer | Application Filter? Show me the screenshot of the FW-rule that process the internet traffic for these mobile clients. Check #1 in my troubleshooting guide for references.

Create a firewall rule to allow outgoing connections to TCP port 5228. If you have iOS devices, then create a rule to allow outgoing TCP 5223. Hope this helps.

I had the same issue when using decrypt and scan https. Adding a  web exception for https scanning of

^([A-Za-z0-9.-]*\.)?gvt1\.com/

Seems to do the trick  

I haven't had time to narrow it down any more to a subdomain .
