Can't see group and OU's name when import from AD.

Hi Team,

actually i have a problem, giving you a scenario.

i want to integrate AD with Sophos XG firewall. After successfully authentication with AD when i am importing the AD users/groups in Sophos XG i cant see any groups name in the importing list.

I am using Sohos XG-330 Version: 16.5.1

    Hello,

     

    @Kevin you are saying right our forest domain is too large but this is not my problem solution i solve it from my self. Actually this is my browser (Chrome) issue when i change the browser the problem was disappear.Now i can see my all Ou's/group's names and also i am able to integrate with my firewall.
