Can't see group and OU's name when import from AD.

Question

Hi Team, 
 actually i have a problem, giving you a scenario. 
 i want to integrate AD with Sophos XG firewall. After successfully authentication with AD when i am importing the AD users/groups in Sophos XG i cant see any groups name in the importing list.

 I am using Sohos XG-330 Version: 16.5.1

It's possible that your forest domain is too big, simplify the query. 
 Ex: 
 ou=users,ou=department,dc=example,dc=com instead of dc=example,dc=com
