wie kann man unclassified Traffic einen Namen geben, damit man dann Regeln drauf legen kann, zum Bespiel den Download begrenzen ?

    (Sorry, my German-speaking brain isn't creating thoughts at the moment.  )

    As Christian said, it's not possible in the UTM.  The only thing you can do is have Download Throttling rules allowing unlimited download bandwidth for desired traffic followed by one at the end that limits 'Any -> Any -> Any'.
