Hallo Luca. Das geht nicht. Das würde ja heissen, dass du selber Application Control Pattern schreiben können müsstest, was du zumindest bislang auf der UTM nicht kannst.

(Sorry, my German-speaking brain isn't creating thoughts at the moment. )

As Christian said, it's not possible in the UTM.  The only thing you can do is have Download Throttling rules allowing unlimited download bandwidth for desired traffic followed by one at the end that limits 'Any -> Any -> Any'.
