  • Dear lferrara

i have not enabled the OPT nor using sophos with the AD integration , i am only using sophos local users , however my client's computers are joined to the domain with a restricted domain_users .

my problem is that the CAA is not storing the credentials .

where does the CAA save it ? location so i can grant the application write permission to it

    regards

  • Hello Salman,

are other options saved when you click them?

Assuming you are talking about the Windows version, the user should have access writing into registry (CURRENT_USER).

    Regards

  • Hi Salman,

The CAA client would store the password in the location , as per the path mentioned below the password is encrypted. You may set the Dword value to 1 if its set to 0.
