Quarantine digest mail not received

I am working on sophos XG rel. SFVH (SFOS 16.05.6 MR-6) and I enabled Quarantine digest. Users are not able to receive daily mail for quarantined mails even if dropped mails are in SMTP quarantine.
Test mail works perfectly.

    Could you check if the Quarantine digest is enabled for the groups on your device? The users can only be a member of 1 group outside of AD and even though the quarantine digest has been enabled, it is off in all groups by default.  Once you find the group the user is in you can enable the quarantine digest for these groups.
