Quarantine digest mail not received

Are you able to release a mail from Email | SMTP Quarantine and does the user receive it?

Yes. If I release the mail, user receives it.

The logs show that the Email is sent successfully, I suspect if it is an XG issue.

Could you check if the Quarantine digest is enabled for the groups on your device? The users can only be a member of 1 group outside of AD and even though the quarantine digest has been enabled, it is off in all groups by default.  Once you find the group the user is in you can enable the quarantine digest for these groups.

As you can see, Quarantine Digest is enabled for the group involved.

Also having this 'problem' or 'bug'

As I mentioned in my previous response the log states that the Email is sent out. It is not a bug as there are no errors in the provided log file but I would suggest you to raise a case in support team to further investigate it. Please provide me the case# so that I can monitor it personally.

With the new release  (SFOS 16.05.7 MR-7), the issue has resolved. Users receive the Digest notification.

Hello I use XG Firewall  (CR100iNG) for spam protection. Firmware version is SFOS 16.05.5 MR-5

The problem is that e-mail quarantine does not work properly. Messages that must be stopped me come in the inbox with prefix: SPAM. Quarantine Digest is tricky to send me an email every 1 hour.

I have clicked on Release opens my site and tells me that the message has been scanned and released but nothing comes with my e-mail box.

After unblocking, the e-mail do not appear in the colleague's Inbox.   Source IP and Destination IP look strange.

can we enable this for all groups and non grouped users? 

Digest is only available for Created Users on XG.
