I can't receive mail if smtp scan is activated

I have an Exchange Server 2013 Sp1, if I active the smtps scan rule I am not able to receive mail. If I disable the rule, mail starts to work normally.

I am working on sophos XG rel. SFVH (SFOS 16.05.6 MR-6). Below the rule configured. The email protection is in legacy mode. Is it a bug or I configuration issue?
