Hi,
I have two clients that both back up to one of my servers using crashplan, both clients have the latest firmware on their Sophos XG devices and over the last 10 days the back up to my server and even a test to the crashplan central does not connect.
Crashplan advises it appears to be a problem with the Sophos XG. No changes to firewall rules and ports have been made and has been running successfully since they were installed a little over 9 months ago.
Any suggestions or tweaks would be appreciated. I am still learning the Sophos system as before both clients were on Netgear UTM10's
