Sophos XG85W & Sophos XG115 - Issues with Crashplan

Hi,

 

I have two clients that both back up to one of my servers using crashplan, both clients have the latest firmware on their Sophos XG devices and over the last 10 days the back up to my server and even a test to the crashplan central does not connect.

Crashplan advises it appears to be a problem with the Sophos XG.  No changes to firewall rules and ports have been made and has been running successfully since they were installed a little over 9 months ago.

Any suggestions or tweaks would be appreciated.  I am still learning the Sophos system as before both clients were on Netgear UTM10's

    Please try disabling MicroApp Discovery from XG console and let us know if this fixes the issue.

     

    Here's the command:

    console> system application_classification microapp-discovery off

    Thanks for the information, I am still having issues with this.

    I have reset the XG85W to default settings, ran the command you provided and getting:-

    Unable to connect, check your network.

    I have replaced the old BT Business hub and fitted a netgear ADSL/VDSL Modem

    Is there anything else I can try, my other site is now working fine and I haven't touched it.
