Change lisence in Sophos XG 115

Hello all.


I have a new Sophos XG 115.
I configurated device. I have trial license in device.
I bought full license.
How do I change lisence from trial to full in device Sophos XG 115?

    you should have the new license under your Sophos Account and bind to XG serial number, so it is sufficent to sync the license from Administration > Licensing. If this is not working,

    contact your Sophos Sales representative.

    This issue can be fixed only from Sophos side.

  • Trial lisence is a registration on my company email and on my name.
    Full lisence was add to the company email and name my colleague.
    Can I change "Device Registration Details"?
    I delete me and I will add my colleague to "Device Registration Details"
