you should have the new license under your Sophos Account and bind to XG serial number, so it is sufficent to sync the license from Administration > Licensing. If this is not working,
contact your Sophos Sales representative.
This issue can be fixed only from Sophos side.

Trial lisence is a registration on my company email and on my name.
Full lisence was add to the company email and name my colleague.
Can I change "Device Registration Details"?
I delete me and I will add my colleague to "Device Registration Details"

as I said this is a question that only in Sophos can be managed correctly. This is a community place where we can share technical issues, bugs, configuration advices but not licensing registration/changing.
