HA Fault Issue on Aux Device

Hey Guys,

 

Any ideas on how to deal with this issue? I just have once license running on my Active - Passive Firewall setup. If I open up HA Settings, the Aux device says that it's faulty. Is there a sync issue or something?

    Hi D,

    Take a look at #7 in my troubleshooting guide and DM me the following logs available in the /log directory.

    1. msync.log
    2. ctsyncd.log

    When I run the system ha show logs device it just goes idle, it doesn't give me any output.

    Long story short, appliance gets into Faulty state when dedicated link port or monitor port(s) is down. Check the status of Port1, Port2, and Port9.
